Need a new groomer
I took Bella to be groomed right before leaving and she came back with a bad trim and no nail clipping. I kept in touch with him while I was away and all reports from him were things were going great, Simon was getting along great with his pack. When I picked Simon up on June 1, Simon's nails weren't trimmed and despite having him a week, Simon was not ready to be picked up when I arrived. Once again he told me all had gone well and I could bring the dogs back for the nail trimming. He contacted me via txt msg just this week to see if I wanted the dogs groomed. I only took them about once every 3 months and did them myself in between. At that time I told him I was not going to use his services again. He then told me that Simon had bit his dog while in his care and it cost him $400.00 at the vet. He told me he took his dog to the vet on Saturday after I picked Simon up on Wednesday prior, that he didn't tell me before because he didn't want to worry me. ???? . He did not give me any details and there was no indication prior that there had been any problem. I told him to send me the vet bills to review, he has not responded. So.....obviously I am looking for a new groomer in the Phoenix area, preferably the East Valley, Mesa, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler if possible. Does anyone know of a great groomer in that area? |
