Filled in all the info it asked for....but when I went back now and clicked the VOTE button, it says I already voted. Maybe it's just slow! |
| There have been some other voting glitches, but they seem to be really responsive in getting them fixed. I'll let them know some people are having troubles again. Also, just so you know you do not have to fill in your information after or before voting! You can skip that part! Dawn, maybe try again in 24 hours, and see if you can vote then. If you can, possibly your first vote counted. Thanks for trying either way! |

Post the link on your facebook page asking people to click it and vote OR 2. There is a button that says "Get friends to vote", where you can click specific people on your friend's list and send them a message about voting. Or there is an option to email to people! | Here is a tip! Figured out a way to increase the votes because $25,000 is a LOT for Heathers Rescue --so this is what we did here at our house! PC Office - (husband's) HE voted on that one PC Office - (mine) I voted on that one My Laptop--Baley voted on that one My Husbands laptop--Baxter voted on that one Ipad--TJ (the cat) voted on that one Iphone- Cooper (the cat) voted on that one Extra office laptop--Fletcher (the cat) voted on that one-- Then I called my daughter and she voted on her PC-- and her puppy Neyland voted on her laptop! Tomorrow I will send a group email to about 1800 women and some of the will vote I am sure! We will do this every 24 hours until it is over-- I felt this was legal and fair as each device had it's own "voter"!! Hopefully that will keep us 14++ votes ahead!   |
| That phrase really puts it into perspective.... "$25,000 is a lot for Heather's rescue." It goes on for two weeks more, give or take? All employees/volunteers of OTAAT ought to be working full time to win that contest. It's cost effective. C'mon folks.... HELP! Please? |

Discovered something interesting...  Last night when I was on the voting spree--I voted on my iphone ( or rather Tj did) and on the Ipad-- tonight when I hit the link --a page came up that said the page was not available for mobile devices...BUT since I had been there last night the page was saved and it did let me vote--- I wonder...if the mobile devices can't be tracked for the 24 hour period... interesting... |

On the greyhound's facebook they are sharing ways to cheat, which we are pretty bummed about. We think it should be about support from the community, not who is better at cheating! So please vote once every 24 hours. If the "cheating" issue isnt addressed we may bow out from the race. |

This is what I was refering to when I said it was terrible that a group would encourage cheating. I would ask everyone I knew too to vote too, I did ask my family to add their votes to this cause. | The OES community efforts were unbelievable! Very cool. If we win we will certainly be asking if we can share the prizes, and will be sending some gift packages to the Greyhounds, as well as another rescue that helped us and a shelter we work with that could desperately use some help. |
