I am going to invest in a grooming dryer coz it took me hrs to dry up Biscuit's hair. Which type is easer to operate and suitable for OES dogs? I mean there are standing one and multi head ones? Thanks Johnson |

If you use the "Search" function at the top and use the word "dryer," you'll get a ton of responses. It's a very commonly asked question. |
If you can afford one on a stand, do so. We only have two hands, very helpful having the dryer on it's own. Yes, do the search........some good points found within. |
I have both a stand & a tank type. I like both but if I could ony afford 1 it would be the tank. You can attach the hose to the outside of the crate & use fans on the other side to get the majority of the drying done. What doesn't get done due to how they lay down during the process is easier dried with them standing on a table & using the hose of the tank dyer to get the feet, arm pits, belly, inbetween their legs etc. dried. |
I have a handheld Metro and now I wish I would of bought the stand alone. Robin |
I have both kinds, and I love both....lol, so I'm not much help! |
I have one on a stand, it has wheels. It's the best thing I've ever bought for Ru. Actually his 'Gentle Leader' collar is probably the best thing, but the dryer comes a close second The one I got here in the UK does cool air, warm & warm-er. I usually just use the cool, but it's handy to have warm too. There is only one speed but I find that ok, I've never felt the need for variable speed as you can move the arm easily and adjust the height etc. I paid about £400 (GBP) |
