There are a few seminars in my area and I am considering signing up. It is a method to improve positive bonding and communication between you and your dog. It is often used along with obedience and conformation/handling classes. The technique is helpful with both behavior and medical issues. It was first developed for use with horses, as the Tellington touch method. www.tellingtonttouch.com |

I do reflexology for people and know how effective touch can be. Just got the Tellington video from our library. It is titled A T Touch of M.A.G.I.C. for... Dogs & puppies. Looking forward to using this method with our new pup. |
Does anyone know if/how massage could benefit an 8 y/o with cancer? I have been interested in this subject but don't really know anything about it.
Zahra-Thanks for the links |
I saw this lady on Animal Planet, I think?, doing the T-touch on different animals. She used it on a killer whale, tigers & lions in a zoo, etc.. Pretty interesting show, and the T-touch looked neat. |
