| we just got that rug they're showing at the foot of the bed last weekend but I've placed it where the sheepdog in the ad is...and that is also exactly where Barney sleeps. Although just a little closer to the bed to make it REALLY hard for me to get out and waddle to the bathroom these days (or nights, rather) |

My wife sent me this catalog page today from Chico's; it's a woman's clothing shop. I told her that Chico's is officially on our 'approved vendors' list! I know that the parent of the Target OSE is on here, is the same said for this OES's parents? Vance |

My mom called me this morning to see if I'd gotten my Chicos catalog yet.  She said "there's a sheepie in the Chicos catalog! But, Hayley (my niece) and I aren't sure if it's real or stuffed. Looks too clean & well behaved to be real." |

| I believe that OES is Hannah from my Dog School. I was at playgroup last night and they told me that Hannah was in an IKEA ad and was featured in Redbook magazine this month. This is probably the same ad but for a different magazine. I just printed the ad to bring to Obedience class tonight, and when you print it, the OES isn't in it!   I am going to try and adjust the page to see if I can print it with the OES in it and ask if that is indeed Hannah at Dahlia's school tonight. |

| Yes! Wendy's Hannah. I have yet to meet Wendy or Hannah.... but, I go to the same school and frequent the same places as her. I am really surprised I haven't run into her yet. The instructor's keep me updated since I have the only other sheepdog at the school other then Hannah....and Dahlia is still this awkward, goofy 5 month old who tumbles over her own paws. |
| LOL, the OES world is indeed small - especially for us who participate in events w/ our dogs. Here we are at Nationals last fall, accepting awards we won - from left - Wendi/Hannah, Judi/Harry, myself/Chewie....  And even another weird twist.. The World Team tryouts for the US agility team have been in MN (for at least the past 2 years.) Wendi sends me an email...... "Hey, I was sitting next to this couple at the tryouts (she came out w/ her instructor, who was trying out for the team) and we got to talking about horses. We both do horse training. Then we said, well, we must both do agility, as we are here, what kind of dog do have? The lady said I have a golden, the husband said I have a BC. Wendi says I have an OES. The lady says - we have friend in class w/ an OES, her name is Dawn... .....and Wendy replies...and her dog is Chewie!" Turns out she was sitting next to my friends Kim and Ron - we are in class together, have been for a couple years. They also are the ones who used their big horse trailer to haul my sheep to the herding seminar that they (the sheep) were part of. Also Ron's BC used to belong to my other friend Annette, who was one of my 4-H kids back when she was 16 yrs old, and one of the original people who did herding classes at our house...  ....amazing! |
| We just got the actual catalog in the mail yesterday. I think we're gonna hang on to this. Especially if we can get Hannah's pawtograph!!! Vance |
| Holy Sheepie..... It is a SMALL world! I really hope I meet Hannah and Wendy soon! I am still not sure how I haven't run into her yet considering, this is a fairly small area and sheepies kind of stand out   |
Was searching for a copy of this ad for Henry Wigglebus and found this! Yes Wendi's Hannah! She is also the sheepdog in late night with john Oliver video of the Supreme Court justices. She is almost 11 and my big goofball ! I know Dawn, it is so weird how we are 6 degrees of separation! I am waiting patiently for Barb Diaz to breed Fuzzle, I am on the list for a puppy. Linda Roeschman posted on Facebook that the specialty will be in Erie PA,  hope to go, she could do rally. She still can rock a 16" course (like in USDAa veterans), but a 20" course is too hard for her. |
