When I was looking at the photos on this site of sheepies with new haircuts, some of the cuts looked familiar! I laughed and laughed. |
|
ummmmmmmmmmmmmm....a pictue would be REALLY nice!!!!!!! |
JEALOUS!! I only have white in the center like a bald spot! The rest is the ususal ugly ash now with grey streaks. Which is why I'm still coloring platinum blonde...as close as I can get to white! Ditto, hair getting shorter with each cut...slightly longer than JMC, but not much. |
Val you will see it at Sheepiepooloza. I will try to posts some photos I have of it. Of course, I don't like any photo taken of me. Maybe Heart will suggest some bling for my doo. Oh her hair is much much longer. will not work on mine. Susan -- right now because it is so short, I have a big white patch on the top center of my head. But when it grows, it will look nice. I too have other colors - there is white, silver and my dark natural hair. It really does look like a sheepie. |
Does that make us white tops? Sheepies with white (top of) heads? I've been everything but my natural color for all but 12 years of my life, I'm not comfortable with the God-given color. Too many wrinkles to carry a darker color hair. |
Ok here is a photo - does not show how white it really is. There is some dye left on the tips that you can see in the bangs. |
Even with the tips left, that is a really cute style!! Is the short cut temporary, or are you going to keep it, even after you get your color transition done?? It's very flattering |
Thanks Dawn. No I don't like short hair on me. I am growing long again. The white/silver will look pretty long. It is easy to take care of now - good timing with the hot summer here. It grows fast so I can deal with it for now. |
Carol, LOVE the hair style! Even having the dye on the tips looks so "now"! The younger girls in my office spend a fortune coloring just the tips of their hair! You don't look quite like a sheepie, however...No top knot |
It is a really cute style! Must be really easy to care for! |
Yeah, shorter than mine, my ears are barely covered. I like the tri-tone. To keep the sheepie reference, you look like your coat is sunburned. Darker than I expected to see. Good for you!! I was just thinking I should color today as the bathrooms will be hit and miss for awhile as contractor should start tomorrow. |
Wow Carol, it is really striking - both the color and cut. I love it. I too want mine to go gray but we don't gray fast in my family so I only have a couple of strands. |
I just love the haircut!!! You have pretty features too that just add to the overall chic look. Marianne |
I think it's really cute, color is great. |
that looks really good. I have grown my colour out hoping it would be a lovely white grey, but no it is pepper and salt with brown at the ends.... |
Carole, I really like the cut & color. |
Oh gee shucks... Thanks for all the compliments! Maybe I will not get a wig for Sheepiepolooza ... just a hat. No i really love the color. There is still a little dye left, very little. It is summer and it will grow quickly. Plus it is hot here so it will be comfortable. One big problem --- when I take my helmet off (riding my motorcyle), my hair is flat to my head. Yuck! So i do carry a hat in my saddlebags. |
carol, i understand the helmet head, but seriously your natural hair colors are sexy and so is the cut. i know, i used to be a dog. |
