Any suggestions! |

Make an appt. with a veterinarian that is a dermatology / allergy specialist. It sounds to me like your dog has an inhalant allergy. They can get to the root of the problem the fastest & suggest a solution for you. Usually it is desensitizing your dog to whatever it is allergic to. I had a girl that was allergic to housedust & housedust mites. The specialist figured out the problem using what is called a skin punch test. My girl was 14 months old at the time. She lived to be over 11 years old, finished her AKC conformation championship & her CD title in obedience & was working on her CDX. Once the allergy was under control, no more itching or chewing etc. She lived a very comfortable life & enjoyed the training & competing. |
thanks, that is our next step. |
