No. I so looked forward to menopause that I celebrated each hot flash and morning shower. OB-GYN was amazed at my happiness |
I've heard of Amberen and did a skoosh of research (I'm a medical librarian) because I had go off HRT. That was a sad day when the surgeon told me "no more HRT." I could never find out exactly what is in Amberen, or if it safe for women who have had breast cancer. I'd like to know if it is an estrogen receptor drug. Of course the website is rather sketchy as to ingredients. |
I couldn't find exactly what's in it either. But it says it is not a pharmaceutical drug so I'm thinking its not a hormone replacement drug. Especially when its over the counter without prescription |

It will cause me to lose at least half of my migraines. I eagerly await the day. No hot flashes or sweats can equal the pain and misery that the hormone triggered migraines give me. Bring it on!! |
And you will probably save on your heating bill |
