URGENT FOSTER NEEDED IN OHIO
Among them is a female OES...it is reported that she has mange, another OES with her died of starvation  Without being diagnosed she could possibly have a bacterial infection! Many OES get those without proper care! We really need a foster home to help this baby!!!!!!! Somebody has offered to pull but, can not foster! If anybody can help please contact Nancy or me! nancyhakala@aol.com or carolinasoes@gmail.com Thanks so much!!! We really need to act fast as this baby is in a high kill shelter that is out of room! Her having issues with her skin will be at the top of the list! |

| I can quarenteen in my kennel area If someone will sponsor medical care and we can do transport she can come to me. Hopefully there is someone closer. You both have my number. The person pulling can they start transport.? I work with an all breed rescue that pulls and transports from OHIO but need to know where. I have to take my GSD tp PT today and have a HV to do tonight. Friday I will be around |

OMG. I guess we take comfort in knowing her suffering is over.  Wondering if she was being treated all along or if she had been suffering silently waiting for someone to help. I don't want to jump to any conclusions but if they dropped off 60 dogs at a shelter, that another OES died of starvation, something just didn't sound right. |
| Finding out bits and peices I do not think she surrendered them on her own Buffy was removed from the "rescues" web site after I inquired AGAIN about her last night! I am happy we saved the listing. |

| This baby had been discussed briefly on OES.org a few times since August of 2009. It's a shame she didn't get into a loving home or that they didn't seek Kathy's help when there was still time to save her. |

| Lisa, as Kathy had said, people had contacted the rescue about Buffy in the past. I think we all feel just sick about what happened to her... that there might have been something we could have done. However, she should have been safe where she was and responsibility ultimately falls at the feet of the person who was supposed to be providing her with compassionate care... IF that wasn't done. |
