| My friend and his family moved down to that area in 2005 and they LOVE it. He bought a brand new home for about $250K back then, but the taxes are only like $1K per year. They just sold that house and are in the process of moving to another house with more land. He lives just south of Charlotte in SC. Town called Fort Mills. He says they have a great school district. And have I mentioned the property taxes are dirt cheap? |

| Hi Ryleigh, Sorry to be so long in responding. I've been so busy at work the past few weeks, I have not had time to check in. Tell your SIL to check north of the city along I-77 in the towns of Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson. Nice towns with great schools. South of town, tell her to check in Pineville and the Ballantyne area. Good luck on the move!! |
