Tucker is my heartdog, he is a 7yo oes mix, mom was a rescued pb, taken in when pregnant, dad was whoever his mom got together with. He's CGC certified and unlike some crazy sheepies, quite serious in nature. He has his goofy moments but he's the master of the house and looks over his domain with a regal stance. I fell in love with the oes after we fostered his mom and siblings, all found homes but Tucker stayed. I've always had my fuzzy butt by my side but now I'm lost without his presence. My sister is looking after him, my English coonhound, and my greyhound/border collie mix; along with her own GSD, rotti, lab/bit, and beagle/cocker. It's a full house there but Tucker loves being the head of a pack. He's the one we look for approval from when we bring in a new foster dog. Because of him I will always have a rescued OES in my home, they are such joys to be around. Ofcourse, I'll always have a hounddog too, lol. I love hound ears and sheepie fur, lol. I hope to be an active part of this forum and one day hope to participate in oes rescue along with the all breed rescue I'm currently involved in. |

Hello from West Virginia! Welcome! |
Hi and welcome from Tennessee! We are partial to coonhounds in this state-but oes rule in our house! Thank you for your service to our country! |
First, thank you for your service. It is with great difficulty that you separate from those you love, two-legged as well as four-legged, and we appreciate your sacrifice. Your "pack" back home sounds like it's quite a mix. There are a couple of folks here on the forum with hounds (Coonhounds, Bassett Hounds) and OES, so there must be something to that combination. Take care and we look forward to hearing from you. Laurie and Oscar, and only child |
Welcome from Texas! Hope you come back often for your sheepie fix. |
