(e) Veterinarians shall explain the benefits and reasonably anticipated significant potential risks of treatment options to clients. |

Yes, it's what veterinarians should be doing, but most don't. This is the first legislation of its type in the nation that I'm aware of, hopefully it won't be the last. |
