| The contact phone number and e-mail listed on his petfinder page are for Joan Butokowski, who is the head of WI OES Rescue. If I'm not mistaken Joan's computer just crashed and I'm not sure if she's up and running again yet. I'm going to PM you the e-mail address of Jan Guthrie (she's not on the forum, though) who has been working directly with Dakota's foster mom. You can always call Joan as well, of course.
