Tammy Patriarca Mastiffs, Old English Sheepdogs WARNING
Tammy Patriarca Old English Sheepdogs 803-269-4777 This posting is a warning about dealing with Tammy Patriarca. She breeds Old English Sheepdogs and Mastiffs. She seems to be unstable and many people in this forum have had issues; dogs in bad health and sudden changes of heart, not going through with deals. These don't seem to point to her as a bad person, but as an unstable person who seems to be unable to care for her dogs properly. And btw I didn't close down my web site because of you but all puppies are sold so therefore reminded me to unpublish it. I'm not running with my tail stuck between my legs cause I know the truth and thats what counts. I want to thank you cause I was a little concerned that this might hurt my business but now I'm laughing at you guys. | The puppies that you sell from your "business" are the only ones that I am concerned about  It is not that we have too much time on our hands it is that we care about animals, which you do not. So, we dedicate our time to educating the public. By the way, as I mentioned before when you talk to your attorney, please do mention the proof we have of you surrendering Kissy and Shaggy. We have the vet records and pictures of the condition Kissy was in. The veterinarian is still willing to testify... Kissy's owner chose to let it go since she was safe. Also, Kissy is doing fine since you are apparently so concerned! |

| I am the person who spent over 5 thousand dollars healing an OES that Tammy abused and neglected. I have plenty of proof of her abuse. Veterinarian statement confirming said abuse. I have also been a told by said Veterinarian, they are more than willing to testify in court to the abuse. You should be ashamed of yourself Tammy. |

| WOW!!! I just came in and the poison dripping from the "puppy miller's" posts is amazing. I gues that is always the case when you mess with someones $$$$$. It should be illegal for anyone to keep an animal is the condition described...oh wait, I think it is. I hope the calling of attention to her plight directs some AR group to go after her and shut her down permanantly...Michael Vick comes to mind. |

Kathy isn't someone who just came in here out of nowhere. She's a valued member of this forum and the whole OES community and is well known for all of her rescue efforts. If you followed her posts over the years, you'd see that she normally goes out of the way to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and to think of the dogs first. She gives people chances that no normal person would. If she has given up on you, there is no doubt in my mind that something was very wrong. And laugh it up all you want, because anytime anyone searches for your name or your "kennel" name, this thread will now show up in the results. People won't need any references with this conversation available. |

| She is a dog-flipper...It is so sad for the pups. It looks like she is already getting rid of her 4 Month Old, Dallas. This is just so upsetting. My pup is just a little younger, and I couldn't imagine life without her. I could never get rid of her. This woman obviously has no heart. |

| Thanks Ron. In the end, dogs are just property and it's not illegal to buy/sell them. It's just been offensive hearing her loathing opinion of the breed back in 2006 yet she continues to buy/sell them. We, as buyers, have to be sure they're not supporting or enabling something like this or buying from breeders who do. It can be difficult determining the motives/dedication of some breeders. | Kathy, are we really sure she is paying what she says? Given the age of some of the puppies ie: the 4 mo. old, could she be buying older puppys from pet stores, and the older dogs from classified ads and BYB? I'm pretty sure this woman is not doing this without making a profit  |

People living the other side of the world are reading this, and precisely when did animal cruelty become a business? After reading all your posts I have to say I have never seen anyone contradict themselves so frequently or seem as uncaring and quite frankly mentally impaired. Someone being vindictive? I think not. | I called my website and business Sheepie-Doodles for two reasons. First, becausing my doodles are of sheepdogs. Second, because I believe designer breeds are a terrible idea when so many dogs are homeless and I wanted to redirect anyone searching for a "Sheepadoodle". It angers me that our beloved OES are being used in this way. Hopefully I can educate anyone who asks if I breed them. I hope this "breeder" gets caught in a big way so she can be shut down permanently. |

What confuses me even more is on the contract it says they go out with a limited registration Wonder where this limited registration is registered????  |
| I think they make up their own papers like my friend has with her JRT. Sheepadoodles were around when I created my business name. I know of a breeder who was trying to get one of her puppies away from someone who planned to breed him to a Standard Poodle bitch. Thank goodness she was able to. |
| Well, a sad update Chloe(kissy)) passed away last week from a stroke she was a young girl so, this is very sad to hear Her Mom is obviously very upset but, she was very well loved.. No way of changing the past but, she was so taken care of and missed God Speed Chloe Bear We did get Dallas into rescue through a few Craigs List ads He was sold a few times and finally ended up in rescue  Dallas is an awesome little guy, well pretty big but, he is a nice boy I do hope in the future she will not be allowed to put dogs in this situation:-( He will be propely rehomed but, why should he have been in so many homes??????? |
| Oh Kathy, so sorry to read about Chloe's passing. She had much love at life's end and was happy. She is romping and playing with my Chloe Bear at the bridge. Big hugs to her family. Wonderful news regarding Dallas.  I know that with your guidance, he will find the forever home he deserves. I can't say any more than what has already been said about Tammy. |
