San Diego Sheepies?

| If you start a group, we'd love to join you when we are in town! Adam and I visit San Diego once a year for Comic Con. Last year there was a sheepdog that we visited twice; it lived in a condo 1/2 a block from our hotel. We accidentally ran into it an its owner on a walk one evening, and he was nice enough to allow us to get our sheepie cuddle fix! |
| Bacon and Turkish LOVE visitors! They aren't at all particular when it comes to other breeds, but it's obvious they share a closer bond with each other. As my husband says, "it's as if they just know they're the same." I will keep searching for others to form a local group, and with some luck, by the time Comic Con rolls around there will be a whole gaggle of sheep to play with! |
| we try to always stay at the Gaslamp Hilton. There's a lovely lawn in front of the hotel that many use as a dog park. Some years its rented and used for Comic Con, but sometimes its not. I love to take my breakfast on the patio, and watch all the dogs play! Thats how we've met OES in the past there. |
| We use to live in a condo downtown and ran into another OES outside Petco park after a Thankgiving 10K race. My husband was exhausted so he wasn't entertaining the idea of me gabbing away with the owner. I still regret not getting his information. Perhaps it's even the same one you met?! |
