Tiggy's toes or a house full of cripples
She's a very miserable girl  and I forgot and squatted down to look at it this morning so now my hip is sore. And Rastus chewed his back itchy foot so much that he's limping (to many well meaning relatives handing him nibblies over Christmas).So I've phoned our vet back and Wayne has gone to pick up anti inflams and pain meds for Tiggy and I've phoned my doctor and Wayne has gone to pick up a script for anti inflams (already have the pain meds) for me. And we are being diligent about the antifungal wash for Rastus. What a drama that is, he carries on as though we're sawing his leg off. Because I can't bend or squat Wayne lifts him onto the outdoor table and I don gloves and wash his foot while he kicks like a mule and hops around on 3 legs.  SIGH, Happy New Year all!!!! |

The nail splitting sounds absolutely dreadful!! Poor thing! Sounds like both of you will be spending more time on the couch healing!!!! Too bad Tiggy doesn't drink.  Wayne needs a special meal made for him or something after all this... |

| Good news!! The meds are working so Tiggy's barely limping today and is very happy. She spent yesterday lying around looking sad so she's quite full of energy today. Up and down off the couch.  Lying on her back on the floor, rolling, waving her legs in the air and grunting.
