Ugh... I'm usually someone who LOSES weight during the holidays, but not this year. ...and it's not b/c of my present state. It's because I ate like EVERYTHING I saw |
Everyone does.....or so it seems. Makes the New Year's easier.......Concentrate on a healthy, lean diet rich in veggies, forget the breads/pasta for awhile....do it for 2 weeks and then step back on the scale again. Don't fuss now, just resolve to stop the "holidays" and get back on track. |
