I've decided to use SparkPeople to track what I eat and how much I exercise (answers are too much and not enough). However, I'm having a problem with the fitness page. Is there a way to enter your own exercises and length of workout? I did click "let me design my own plan" but I don't see where I can enter my own info. Am I blind? |
