Christmas Promises
1. Christmas lights, ornaments, stockings and tinsel from the tree are NOT dog food. 2. I will not demolish the tree and drag strings of lights across the back yard. 3. I will not eat any of my Christmas presents unless they are unwrapped first. 4. I will never, ever pee on the Christmas tree, no matter how tempting it is to do so. 5. The bucket under the tree is NOT a dog dish and I will not drink from it at any time. 6. I will not ruin everyone’s surprise by opening all the presents by myself when everyone is in bed asleep on Christmas eve. |

| Love this thread~~MIM!!!!! Can we add to this????????  I PROMISE NEVER TO SMELL, LICK ...OR EAT THE CANDY CANES ON THE CHRISTMAS TREE. THE APPETIZERS ARE FOR OUR GUESTS, EVEN IF THEY ARE AT EYE LEVEL ON THE DECORATED COFFEE TABLE. ! GLASSES FILLED WITH BUBBLES ARE NOT FOR ME TO SLURP AND SNEEZE INTO.. (BUBBLES ALWAYS TICKLE MY NOSE!!!))  I PROMISE NEVER TO ""TABLE SURF"" BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE HUGE CHRISTMAS FEAST. THE EXTRA CHAIR AT THE TABLE IS NOT FOR ME TO SIT IN WHILE EVERYONE ELSE IS EATING!!! I PROMISE TO BE POLITE TO OUR VISITORS AND OUR VISITORS FURKIDS~~~ WHICH MEANS TO CONTROL MY IMPULSES TO JUMP FOR JOY OR HERD THE VISITING PACK AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE. | Well I don't know about those extra promises Val especially the appetizers one.
