| Yeah, and I wonder if I might find it offensive if I were LDS? It makes me uncomfortable watching it -- do you think they would or do see it as funny? I wonder if this same treatment was used in a fun film made about Catholics or Jews if it would be acceptable? I don't wanna be overly PC. I can see the humor in it but this just seemed offensive, especially when one committed murder. |

| Indeed it is a parody. I knew some kids who went to BYU and this is exactly what they were saying.....in the 60's. The girls had 2 or 3 goals: attend BYU (not necessarily graduate), get married and raise a large family, and sing in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. |
