I am so sorry.... I have no words of wisdom...just want you to know I am here and will be praying for both of you! |
Nasty business. Two times. One we did chemo and within a month of the last treatment, it was back. Second time we didn't bother treating it. She faded but never was in pain that we could tell. She just grew tired. I hope you have better results. |
I am sorry you are having to go through this. We lost our boy Quin almost two years ago to Lymphoma at the age of 5. We did not opt for chemo and just treated symptoms, he was having urinary infections. He actually did really well maintaining his regular schedule. We had to limit activities more as he got tired easier. He never appeared to be suffering, never even had the typical weight loss or diarhhea issues. If you arer not using them already please ask your Oncologist about CAS Options....another forum member sent me some and we continued them through his whole illness they really helped with his overall health(I feel) Please feel free to ask my any questions...I still miss him dearly but, if I can help another dog/family in any way I will. |
