Lets do the Happy Dance
 Took my boys to the Vet today, Simon for rabies shot and Gar for a physical. Of coarse they weigh them first.  Green Bean diet rocks!!!!!! Simon went from 73lbs to 65.3lbs. Gar went from 70lbs to 65lbs. This is starting from a max weight of  80lbs. Vet says this is a good weight for them!!!! |

| We took Sam this weekend too! He needs to lose 3lbs! Doc said to just lower his food intake by about 1/4 cup. How many green beans are you giving? |

| The green bean diet consists of replacing a certain amount of food with green beans. Example: 1 cup food/ split 1/2 cup food and 1/2 cup green beans. The green beans helps them to feel full but comes out the same way it goes in. At least thats the way I understand it. Its like free food. If your dog does not feel full after giving a meal, consider adding green beans. I just did the evening meal, 1/2 scoop food and 1/2 can green beans. Both the boys thought they were getting something extra in their food and loved it. It took some months but they are now at a good weight. If your dog is a little or a lot overweght try it...IT WORKS!!! |
