OK, boring, I know. But this was served with cranberry relish which makes it special. It was huge so split with DH. One large burrito size flour tortilla......or two medium Jack cheese Sliced turkey Green chiles...from the can is fine-I didn't use jalepenos, just plain green chiles. Put the cheese, turkey and chile over half the large tortilla. Fold over or put the second tort over the first. Use real butter in the skillet or over the outside of the tortillas. If you have a griddle, flat top, panini whatever cooker, use that. Cook until warm and cheese melts. Serve with the cranberry relish, taking a bit of relish with each bite. Oh swoon! |
