Christmas tree to Rotterdam.
 Oslo gives a x-mas tree to Rotterdam every year. I've been passing this tree in more than 15 years, "goodby old fellow tree"  I wanted to take a picture of Joy to day.She is now 4 month old and she is getting heavy!  Hey, Joy, look at me:  Niks, impossible, a bounch of kids are coming our way..... ....and something was happening in the forest:  Our road was closed by this big machine holding the tree that shall go to Rotterdam.  This tree is 20 meeters high and sixty years old. They had to cut off two meters to get it on the ship.  The children that took Joy's attention were singing X-mas songs to us and hopefully to the people in Rotterdam. Hope the tree will shine beautyfully and make the people happy in Rotterdam. | Those are wonderful pictures! I bet Joy was liking all the excitement in her neighborhood too. I was able to see and hear the video too - very nice!! I bet it is kind of sad to see your old tree go. I bet the people in Rotterdam will love it though. It is very majestic. How far to Rotterdam from you? |
| Nice tree, oh yes we love them all. However there are plenty of them, so it is nice to give some away. Oslo gives x-mas threes to London and Island too.  I would need a couple of days if I went by car to get down to Rotterdam, I guess.  |
