OES (mix?) on Austin TX Craigslist

It doesn't say what his breed is, but he's very cute and looks pretty OES to me despite his predominantly white markings. The $20 OBO adoption fee worries me! I've e-mailed the poster about him to see what was up, why he's being rehomed, and also to let him know about the Texas OES Rescue.

He's 1 year old and seems like a happy guy. His butt is blurred in the photo, I assume from wiggling.
