My package arrived today from Cherrybrook.
My package from Cherrybrook, I ordered 11 things, but got only 6? And her waterproofed suit was way to small and all of the things I was SO EXCITED to get, didn't arrive !  My clicker and more! So, I know Allison has ordered from Cherrybrook and if you (Allison) or anyone have ordered from them and only get half of your order could you tell me... does it come ? Or did they just not have it in stock and they'll send it to me later ? Thanks !  |

| Cherrybrook has always been a reliable company, I'd bet the other half of your order is on its way. Does it say anything about being one package of two? (or three?) It may have gotten hung up in customs, too. Don't hesitate to e-mail them if you have a question about it. Sorry about the rain suit not fitting. It's frustrating that such items are not made with big dogs in mind. Hope you get the rest of your order soon. |

| I've gotten things in several shipments from Cherrybrook before. I think the rest is probably going to be to you soon but, in case it doesn't, they're definitely reputable and I'm sure they'll come through for you. |

I'm little nervous  My mom is coming home nest Saturday... and then no one is in our house (in Florida) ... I just hope it will arrive in time  |

Its called a "split shipment". The last two times I ordered from Cherrybroook I only got part pof my order, and the rest arrived later, when they got the items back in stock. Usually after I forgot about having ordered them.  I'm sorry your slicker didn't arrive. But have patience; it will!!!! |
| Thanks Allison My mom did send them a e-mail and they said it will arrive, but they don't know when My mom is coming tomorrow ! And it hasn't arrived  But my dad id there and will be there for a month or so. -hope it will arrive in time ! Thanks for your help ! |
