My little Tucker

My heart is hurting. My precious little persian kitty Tucker is gone. This morning he was fine, he talked to me and sat on my lap as he always did in the mornings while I had my morning coffee. He ate his morning treats and looked out the window for awhile. I went to my office and the day was a usual day. He and Fletcher usually disappear and find their sleeping spots for the day. Tonight when I went upstairs I thought he was asleep on the back of the chair in the family room. He didn't move when I talked to him--he will usually look up and stretch when I come into the room. When he didn't get up I discovered that he was gone. I am just so stunned--there was absolutely no indication that anything was wrong and he just turned 2 years old in August.

He was my little buddy--he snuggled with me--he was verbal and talked to me-he loved to play with his brother Fletcher and no decoration was safe when he decided to rearrange them. Lately he had been fascinated with the Turkeys on the table and rarely were they upright as his new past time was to make sure they were all knocked over regularly.
Rest in peace my little Tuck. My heart is broken and I will miss you.

Maybe the silver lining is he went in his sleep and didn't suffer, but not much consolation to you and your family right now. :ghug:

I don't know how I missed this. He was beautiful and I know I wanted to do his portrait...I am so sorry for your loss.
