Meet the Breeds- Not Disappointed this Year!
This year I am pleased to say the OES was beautifully represented by Mandy Brechbill and three of her dogs. Mandy and her dogs were incredibly patient with everyone that came through and there were huge crowds. They were fabulous ambassadors! They also had a very nicely set up booth and all sorts of information to give out about the breed. Thank you Mandy! I had a wonderful time last year and this year was even better, because of Mandy and her OES! Kathie |

I live right here not far from NYC and didn't get to the Meet the Breeds  I was actually involved with the Canine Companions for Independent Living at their annual fundraiser.But I am so glad to hear the OES were represented! I have seen Mandy's dogs and they are a great representative of our Breed! Thank you Mandy! |

| I actually just found pictures last week of when Norm and I did the booth for OESCA YEARS ago.......... That was when Myrlin was being babysat in the office and they didn't watch him quite close enough and he made his way into the cat show and just walked up and down 3 aisles looking for me, who was looking at the cats. He could have cared less about the cats...just "are you my mom? nope. Are you my mom?" We laughed and laughed. |
| Hey everybody, I'm back! Meet the Breeds was great. So many people! We had a booth that was 20 feet wide and the people were 4 deep most of the time. It got a bit crazy at times! No, I didn't get to take any pictures. Like I said, crazy. There is a picture of Sam on the AP site. He looks awesomely evil! There should be a picture of us getting our 3rd place ribbon on PetAirways.com; they were the sponsor. I handed out some oes.org business cards so we may see some new members. We already have plans in the works for next year! I think I'm going to make a Top 10 list of answers to frequently asked questions! |
