| Its already Thurs.... they should be fine Sat. However, I'd die if someone thought they were a tad stale so I'd put them in the freezer until friday night. ...but it would not hurt them at all if you put them in the freezer for ultimate freshness. I have sugar, peanut butter, and oatmeal cookies presently in the freezer. I take them out in small portions. Frosting will be fine as well. I freeze all my cakes. |
