I can't believe I almost missed it!!!
Today is Tonks' third birthday!!!!! Baby girl; I love you so much, and you've added such great joy to our lives! You and your half sister are simply the best sheepies EVER!!! (guess who is going out tomorrow to buy "I'm a bad mom and need to shed this guilt" doggie presents?)  |

| So far Tonks has had a really nice day! We've done very little "out in public" stuff the last few months. My being perpetually sick has resulted in less training time. Training is what keeps my girls bad behaviors in check, so the last few months the girls really haven't been well behaved, and I haven't been taking them on errands or trips to the park. Well we started back at training three weeks ago, and this past weekend while they were boarding the lady that runs the place commented on how well behaved the girls were. No barking when other dogs came in and out, no lunging when they saw other dogs at the fence. They were calm and really well behaved. With this in mind, I decided Tonks deserved a birthday day out! We visited two of her favorite dog stores, where she got treats and a lovely sparkly collar. Very "bling". She was a perfect young lady; doing all her commands and ignoring other dogs! I'm even considering ending the day with a trip to the park; something we've not done in months! My good birthday girl is due for some doggie fun!!! |
