Does the love mode get turned off in certain situations.
She's normally very kissy, but the second you turn on the water... not even a treat can get her to look in your eyes or give you a kiss. Mr. J always thinks he's the expert at this, but I've yet to see his girl respond.  Same thing goes with when the car is moving. She LOVESSSSSSSSSS car rides. Goes bonkers if she hears a car door open because she's going inside, but the second the car starts moving... she won't kiss OR look at you. She'll do all her commands in the car (sit, turn around, beg, etc...) but never kiss!! Just something we get a kick out of. Our maltese was the same exact way, but 24-7. Anyone else have a dog like this?  |

| Maggie loves the car and gives plenty of kisses unless there is a bus nearby. Then she gets really tense and wants to hide. I think the noise triggers her. She is a little better if I close the windows but still no kisses until it is gone. |
My Lab, Star, is a big kisser. But not in the tub. She will give kisses before her bath and after, but never during.  |
Nola is a BIG kisser! However, if she sees a bike, all bets are off, no commands, no treats, no kisses...  |
| When we went to Florida to get Rosie, our tibetan terrier....Daisy our beloved sheepdog of 10 years, would not look at me or respond to for 2 weeks and then it was only because I fed her twice a day! The worst part was we were staying at my sisters house that weekend and to show us how she felt about us adding Rosie she walked around my sisters pool and took the biggest crap on the cement...she had NEVER gone anywhere but in a grassy area all the years we had her! Love mode took quite sometime to return. Before Rosie Daisy loved on me all the time...she never played with Rosie and only tolerated her. They really are like people...so human! |

It is very difficult/impossible to get a kiss out of Dublin when we put her on her table. She's never happy to be up there and has to be' tricked' into getting up there in the first place. Overall, one ticked off Dublin  |
