It was great to see all the people and dogs behind the screen names. And dinner in Fairport was an added benefit. Thank you for letting us visit your show. I didn't take any pictures of my own (kinda hard to juggle a dog & camera at the same time) but I know that several people took lots of pics. I hope they post them up. I'm pretty tired today (got up at 4:30 AM yesterday and didn't get to bed until about 11:45 PM; had to be back up at 5 AM this morning for work), but it was worth it. Thanks again for letting us into your "world". |

Mark it was so nice to have you visit with us. I am glad you came to dinner with us too. I am a little behind on posting pictures but I think the dinner ones came out. |
Can't wait to see pictures from Thursday. Hope the banquet was nice and I'm sure the rescue parade was a hit. Most of you are travelling tomorrow, right? Hope you have a good trip back home. For all you out-of-staters, what did you think of New York? I hope you enjoyed your time here. New York really is a great state....when the weather cooperates (and excepting the property taxes). I hope that you guys would come back for another visit. We have a lot to offer. If you ever find yourself back in the northeast and you have time to kill, swing by Syracuse. I'd be glad to show you around. |
I just saw some pictures of you and Brick at the Nationals. And Frank too! |
Joan and I haven't had a chance to talk in depth about the Nationals, but she told me she met a bunch of folks from the oes.org forum community. Soooo, who met who? I'm sooo jealous. sigh... |

I was so nice seeing you and Brick!!! Heart seemed to really like him. There is a picture of Heart and Brick on Facebook. Barb took it and it is adorable!!!!! |
Facebook. I keep forgetting about that thing. I'll have to ask Brick if he'll let me see his page. |
I've seen it too!!! What cuties! |

I met Val & Judi, but I've met them before at Sheepiepalooza. I met Wendy, Stephanie, Deb, Barb & Rob, Dawn and her family, and either Nita or Marilyn (I can't remember which; sorry). If I'm forgetting anybody, I'm sorry. I'm terrible with remembering names of people without spending some time with them. |
Nice to meet you too Mark, sorry I didn't get to spend more time with you. Looked like you & Brick were having fun though! Ron, I was trying to point Joan to all of the forum people that I could, but she kept disappearing on me. I hope she had fun. I decided to give Frank a haircut in the middle of the day on Friday, so hopefully she didn't bring home too much on her clothes! |
I met Joan as well! ...sorry you and Mulligan weren't there as well. I remet Mark and Brick Brick and Chewie got a little wrestling in at the show in an aisle, they remembered each other from Sheepiepalooza when they did the exact same thing. |

Marilyn was grooming near Deb, about a table away from Jill and right next to Mandy. I was back and forth between Marilyn's table and trying to get people organized for the Rescue Parade. I finally got to meet Barb and Joan and of course, Mark & Brick. And see lots of dog show/Sheepiepalooza/Sheepiefest friends. |

D'oh! All the days started looking the same after awhile... |
We had a wonderful time at Nationals....thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcomed. It was so nice to finally put some faces to screen names and of course meet some beautiful sheepies! I've downloaded our pics to the Nationals photo album so everyone can see them but this has to be one of my favourites: and I just loved the markings on this girl A special thanks to Frank.....he stole Rob's heart when he came over to say hi and tried to climb into his lap....now he's convinced we should add a third sheepie to our family! Thanks Frank (and Deb too!) |
I just went through your album from the Nationals and all I can say is THANK-YOU THANK-YOU THANK-YOU!!! You took some wonderful photos of my and my pup Suzy in the ring. Since I went down with only my 8 year old daughter I never had anyone to take pictures of me in the ring. Again, thanks so much Barbara for all the wonderful photos you took. |
Hi Amber, can you point out which of Barbara's photos are of your puppy? And no, it's definitely NOT because I'm totally planning on stealing her at the show at the end of the month... |
Here is Suzy. |
Yup, keep your eyes on your pup when we see you in a month... |

Thanks Frank (and Deb too!) LOL, Frank must have known that Rob was a sucker for sheepdogs. Thanks for taking all of the photos. This was the first year I actually decided to leave my camera at home... |
Oh, Amber... Suzy is beautiful! Thanks for taking all the wonderful pictures, Barbara! |
I need to add that my granddaughter Breanna had a great time with Amber's daughter. They were so cute, and so happy to hang out together. They are only 1 month apart in age too. |
