I keep thinking I would really like to grow his head hair out so I can put it in a descent top knot. He looks like such a mop now. I'm taking him back to his dog walker, even though his last cut was alittle to rounded. But it suited him This is his last hair cut. I'm looking for suggestions Thanks Lisa and Frankie |

oww He's so cute! Love his head on the Pic ! |
Of course it's just about preference. I keep yuki's head hair long b/c I think it's cuter, but keep her body super short... Some people don't like that on their dog. So my vote is to grow it out. It really isn't much more maintenance as long as you've got a good topknot in. |
I'm in the short hair club, not top know, not Bichon round. So whatever you want is fine. |
He looks like the Westie from the Cesar dog food commercial. I'd put him in a puppy cut and keep the hair the same length all around. I think that's a super cute look and very easy to maintain, just don't box the ears otherwise they look like they have a bob, lol. Have her follow the line of the ear when she trims. Clyde just grew out into that perfect puppy cut and I love it. I gave him a bath for his birthday and he's so squishable right now. (This a terrible lighting and not a great pic but you get the point. He isn't really this dark!) |
I tell my groomer to not touch the girl's heads when she does a summer cut. I do my own trimming up (sometimes the beards look silly and long in comparisonto the rest) but otherwise I really like the length on the heads: |
Oh, that's cute! |
Love the last picture-looks like a two headed dog chatting with the fairy princess in the forest! |
Willow and I vote for growing out the head a little so you can keep his adorable topknot! Lisa |

At one of our Sheepdogs in the Park day, that little girl and Tonks and Luna just decided to be best friends. They all sat together for what must have been 2 hours or more. to this day I have no idea who she was!!!!!! |
well, it surely appears there was intent discussion and listening by the two headed sheepie. |
