The runs are a little messy for a real agility team but for Team Harrington they are quite promising: Sunday's Open Standard - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lny00a8V ... re=channel Monday's Open Standard - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ce9jMbnV ... re=channel A handling error following the tunnel as I tried to drive him over the triple with the dog walk between us. The run improves greatly beginning with the weaves. Notice we are walking from the dog walk to the weaves - that is because I am scolding him for not giving me his contact on the dog walk. He is so busy listening to his scolding he doesn't blow his entry to the weaves. In FAST there is no set course. You are trying to collect points on the obstacles and complete the Send Bonus in the allotted time. The Send Bonus is the area in the red line - you work a distance (15' in the Excellent level) from the dog and handle it without going over the line. The judge this weekend set up an extremely hard send bonus - not a single Excellent level dog qualified on Sunday and only one on Monday. Sunday's FAST - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8_D2AQp ... re=channel I was really impressed that he left all of his bars up. He was supposed to go over the jump in the Send Bonus, then to the tunnel and then into the chute. All of the dogs went straight to the chute since that is where the jump was pointing them. Monday's FAST - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfDRxH6r ... re=channel The Send Bonus was in the back of the course. It was a tunnel to the second tunnel - the end the dog is not pointing at as it comes out of the first tunnel. Then they were supposed to go back into the first tunnel even though the dog walk is more obvious and very inviting. Harry took the dog walk as did several of the other dogs. |

WOW~~~~~~ to BOTH you and harry!!!!! |
Fantastic effort Team Harrington and good job official photographer. |
Wow...great job! I didn't realize that Harry was a barker.I've only seen one or two dogs do this and it drives Simon nuts. They seem to be having so much fun and he wants to join in. Simon is a silent runner, totally focused on me...ppfftt. |
