So I'm going to be in a dunk tank
This year however, I saw first hand the horrible cull that took place at the shelter closest to my home..over 70% of the animals never got that second chance. You all know by now the story of Gilligan but I also still have Jude, Phoenix, Speed and Duke...five more left from the multitude I fostered over the summer. That doesn't include my own crew but not complaining as each and every single one is a joy. Soooooo when they asked if I'd be interested in participating in the dunk tank ...or rather Happy the Clown was asked..cough cough I said YES! Happy will be wearing full clown makeup and costume and coming out of a 2 year retirement for this special cause. I actually HATE water...unless it's in the Carribean or something...but it's for a good cause. The date is Sept 12th and one more thing I can tick off on my 150 things to do before I die list...(already completed 2 list so on the third one..haaa haaa). I really really want to go sky diving some day...no matter what my age! But for now...dunk tank! |
