He is a vet with a chiropractic certificate. He looked at Frankies xrays, and let me know that he can't fix him. Which I knew that. He said if I was looking for maintenance then that was good. He said he does not believe all the claims that chiropractic can cure all, or even that it will cure the common cold. He thinks thats a pile of ****. I appreciate his honesty. He also reminded me with all of the money spent on rehab and chiro work that I could replace his hip. Yes I know that also. He was very straight forward which I really like. No beating around the bush. So he did Frankies adjustment. The crackling sound made me cringe. (i'm a wuss when it comes to medical things) He only got a couple reads or reeds I'm not sure. I'm assuming it's reads. In his neck and in his thorax area. Frankie actually cried when he adjusted his thorax area. He actually called Frankie a Puss and said it couldn't have hurt. I thought it was kind of funny. He said his hip area really didn't seem to be to badly out of alignment for as bad of shape his xrays show that he's in. So I guess thats a good thing. No agility type craziness today and come back in 4-6 weeks unless we think he needs it sooner. Overall I was impressed. I thank everyone for their opinions in my earlier post good and bad. I really like to be very knowledgable when I go into things so I don 't get to taken advantage of. I need to make the right decisions for Frankie and I think I did that. Thanks Lisa and Frankie |

Lisa, it sounds like you found a great vet/chiro to go to. I like a practitioner who is straight up with me too. Keep us posted as how you think Frankie responds. |
