Wendel does a good job of showing Levi what to do, he's also quick to stop him if he's getting rowdy with a bark and a show of dominance. This usually does the trick and Levi calms down. Wendel isn't peeing in the house. So I'm wondering if he's showing dominance by masking Lee's urine with his own or do you think he may be getting a UTI? I've never had two males before; Wendel has never done this with Asterisk. |

I have two females...Maggie (2) always waits for Rosie (10) to pee first and then she goes right to the same spot...I liked it when I was training her but it sure kills the grass. I do think it's dominance/submission type behavior...Rosie tells Maggie what to do all the time...if she wants to play with the nylabone Rosie will jump out and tell her "NO"...Maggie stops. The only time my OES got excited and barked was when my husband and kids rough housed...she didn't like it at all. It's funny how as long as they are running and playing its okay but if you are playing/loud/excited they get vocal. |

Harry waits and Marks over everyone but Glacier. Nobody else does this silliness, just Harry. For him I think it's "I'm not dominant except at pee time." |
Just be glad he waits. Owen tries to pee on Clyde and Bear's pee before they're done peeing and ends up soaking them. Poor Bear gets it the worst because he has more hair than Clyde right now. In Owen's defense, he's getting better about it since we went out and stopped him every time he'd start. |
