I have a one for regular fudge that is super creamy but since this was one I posted before... this is UNBELIEVABLE and sooo creamy. I don't have any recipes that are grainy, but I know what you're talking about. Are you making it from scratch......2 parts sugar, 1 part milk, etc. There are so many hidden disasters there, I'd say punt and use some cheater recipes such as Mrs. J's or the marshmellow recipe........even then be careful about those side of pan crystals. Once those crystals start, you are sunk. (using a dab of corn syrup for the sugar helps fight the crystals) |
