I went to the farmers market today, and bought some kale, collard greens and some beets, which I cut the tops off of. Normally I justs saute them in olive oil. Thanks Lisa and Frankie |

I always saute them with onion in bacon grease Yes, I know.... Then, I remove from the skillet, add a bit of vinegar and sugar to the pan, reduce and pour over the greens... yum. |

I've sauteed garlic in sesame oil and then added greens to that. Yummy. It has a darker, nuttier flavour. Maybe some slivered almonds over top? |
