Simon the basset has his day!
They are going to be at a big MPLS event this weekend, Paws On Grand 2011, GrandAve in downtown Minneapolis. The display is one week, ending with the big event on Sunday August 1st. Artist Paul Sansale will be there with the 8 portraits (completed so far) on display. Simon's is one of the completed ones. There also will be a sheepdog (YES!) , a rescue named Hope who is a new member of our Twin Cities OES Club. That means my 2 favorite rescues will benefit!! I will post more info - this is all I have right now. |

Yay for Simon. I bet he makes a very cute calender model.  Will these calenders be available on line to purchase? We are always willing to help rescue groups. Lisa and Frankie |

| Yes, the calendars will be available for purchase. As soon as I get the order info, I will post it. Paul is a really good artist - the paintings I have seen (5 of them) are unbeleievable! We also are able to use our pet's picture for whatever our breed rescue wants - make cards, prints, etc for fundraisers for the rescue affiliated with each dog. I can't wait! |
