Yeast Infection-Calling all female dog owners

I took my two year old female to the Vet for nails and ears and general check up only to find out she has a mild yeast infection - around her vagina. No antibiotics were given, just some cream for the area. My question is, how do I know its improving? I didn't even know she had it :oops:

My first time around with a female dog :oops:
