Ooooh... sweet babies! Their weights in the pictures look great to me. BUT... that was back in late April. Is EmmaLee skinnier than in these pictures? Rescue Home Page- http://www.halah.org/index.html Here's Cloud's information... you can scroll through all the pictures... http://www.halah.org/adoptables/Cloud/profile.html Quote: Cloud Cloud was born in December of 2007, along with her sister Smoke. Energetic, playful, and loving this old English Sheep dogs is a lovely lady! Cloud’s eyes are both a beautiful blue. She also has one gray ear and gray shoulders above her white stockings and chest. When the weather warmed in mid April, she was groomed from Fluffy to this current shorthaired appearance. Brushing will keep her coat looking good and free of matting, especially after swimming. Cloud and Smoke had so much fun playing together, that Nicki climbed her fence to join their OES party yard. They welcomed her as they do all their human visitors with big smiles under their fluffy topknots! Smoke left HALAH to join a wonderful family with an Old English Sheep dog who wanted a friend. Now Cloud is ready to for a loving home of her own where she can receive some training and become a permanent family member! |
What a gorgeous girl! I'm not a big fan of the poodle floof/fraggle mullet, but she is a very pretty girl. I also don't think her weight is bad, you can't see ribs. OES always look surprising when you shave off the coat. I hope she gets adopted soon; it must be lonely without her sister! |

I didn't know that was called a fraggle mullet, but it does look funny on her - when the rest of the hair catches up to the fraggle mullet she will look like a beautiful OES again. Her one pad looks red and raw, could be a leaf or something stuck to her paw. I love the name, Cloud. Send her up to Kentucky, Patch would love a sister and we love tall girls. |
Yes...she is much thinner then this. We went to the vet on Friday, and they said she should weigh at least 60. She weighed 45 lbs on Friday. She does have hookworms. |
