| We live a few miles from the "official" Blueberry Capital of the World, Hammonton New Jersey. If you don't believe me I'm just quoting from President Reagan back in 1984. Funny thing is we have so many Blueberries in South Jersey BUT the prices don't really reflect it. lol They are great right out of the freezer as a crunchy snack. |

| They actually had many many rows of Jersey blueberries. Sure Paula I actually got the recipe from the Blue berry farm. It was really simple Blueberry Crisp 4cups blueberries 1cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup flour ( I used whole wheat flour in mine) 1/2 cup melted butter. Put blueberries in 2 qrt baking dish mix the rest of the ingredients together and sprinkle on top of berries. Put in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. serve with vanilla ice cream. Lisa |
