How about Lady Di? She is English after all My Girl is named Lady Scout Benbow ( I saw an interview once with an english socialite (she was a "Lady") and her name was Scout. Thought it was unique. |
Congratulations on your new family member!! And welcome to the forum! Now, prissy names...how about Chantilly, shortened to Tilly or the ever English Boleyn ? Kikki, Maisey or Macy(Grey), or the regal sounding Claire. Maybe you'll know the right name when you spend some time with her, sometimes it just pops out! Post pictures please!! |
Congratulations on your pup. I'm sure she'll bring you all kinds of joy for many years. I'd love to offer a suggestion for a name, but unfortunately, I think you should name her Steve...which doesn't fit your criteria at all. But I still wanted to congratulate you on your new addition. |
How about Juliannamarie? I was always going to name a girl (if I ever had one, human that is) that. Naw.....would never do in training. She'd get tired of listening before you could give the command How about Phoebe? Very English & proper sounding. |
I like Phoebe, she could be Fee, Feefee or Bee for short. |

One day I asked my son how he thought her name was spelled. He said "F - E - B - E" This was the response I got after paying for 5 years of engineering school |
What about the name of a flower: Violet, Lilly, Poppy, Daisie, Rose, Heather, ect. |

I met him at University. Here in Australia, the big joke is that engineers have crap vocabulary skills. ie cant spell and have a limited vocabulary. We used to tease them at Uni by saying, "Duh, I"m an engineer, what do you mean?" in a slow nuffy voice. Course they were all brilliant at maths, as is DH, but hey we had to feel superior about something. |

Well, my son's spelling skills leave a lot to be desired but then he always told me he'd have a secretary to correct that . Language skills are good tho' as he always (even as a little kid) embellished his sentences Gosh, that spelling incident of Phoebe's name was probably 11 years ago & we still laugh about it. |
Ok I got my baby girl. And she is beautiful! I thank all you guys for your suggestions and I've decided to name her Kissy. Well truth be told my daughter named her. She is 7 weeks old and sleeps alot! I will try to post pictures. |
We had a kissy, great name and beholding to that name too, lots of slurps on the face when least expected. Kissy on the right hand side of this photo laying down. Not being critical but a baby coming home to you guys at 7 weeks Old is not the norm there as still should be with her litter pack and mom till at the minumum 8 weeks or older. Where did she come from ?, here you can be in a lot of trouble releasing a puppy at under 8 weeks going to a new home if you are a registered breeder, the later the better as they learn from the litter and their mother social aspects. |
Awww, Kissy is a sweet and sassy name, great choice!! Have fun with her!! Pics soon?? |
