Take the skin off and use it in sandwich filling, salads, casseroles, inside or atop a tortilla with other yummies. |
oh, skin is already off. Came off before I cooked it. so it'll still be crispy. |

Chop it up and mix w/ BBQ sauce - make sandwiches. Add it in a stir fry of your choice. Chop with onions and spices and make cold chicken salad sandwiches or add pasta for a cold salad. I'm hungry now..... |
I made chicken pot pie. It was SOO good. I think having the bit of breading on the chicken helped thicken the sauce in the pie. YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! |

I consider it from scratch if it doesn't come out of a marie calender's box. lol I had pre-made pie dough, and then used cream of potato soup, milk, frozen veggies and chopped up leftover chicken for the filling. Super easy! |
That's homemade to me! ...and still sounds yummy esp since we've got 3 sick folk in the home (me, and j 1&2). waiting for j3 to get it. |
