So . . . here's our retrospective! I wish I'd put dates on them when I uploaded to photobucket. This is us at a friend's house a week or so after she came home Belle & Kayli - the only time I could ever get them to sit for a picture Late October / Early November - apparently she does not want to be recognized Christmas Eve post-bath On the couch . . . she got up all by herself! This doesn't count as sitting still together . . . they were waiting for me to take them anywhere Last night . . . yikes the floor is dirty! And finally . . . today in her party finery! |

Jil,
What a FANTASTIC set of pictures of Miss Belle! She's just gorgeous! And now that I see this many pictures of her, I have to agree with you - she and Drez look a LOT alike! Oh, I just can't wait for the picnic! How's Belle doing, heart-wise? Chris |
Oh, how cute! Where did you get the santa I've been a good dog pillow? And do they have them for "good boys"? |
Belle is beautiful! Her pink pants look familiar. We should try to get some of our dogs together. We have Beau and Mollie in Sterling Heights, Clyde in Ferndale, my 4 in Shelby Twp and you and Belle. There may be more, these are the ones I know about. I hope Belle's heart problem isn't serious

Those are great pics! Wow, six months already.... she looks great, and so happy |
She's a beautiful dog! Great pictures. I love the one of her and Kayli in the car, and the ones with her party outfits. |
I loved looking through the pics of Belle. She is adorable and way too cute for her own good. I hope her heart trouble doesn't bother her too much. Thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful girl.

Thanks all!
I'm glad she looks happy to y'all . . . it's easy for me to say she looks happy and it's nice to know the rest of the world thinks so too. Even though her heart is still only functioning at 30% or so, she still has her tigger moments. You know, bouncy, pouncy, flouncy, trouncy - fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! (I think I got them in the right order, LOL!) These are mainly when I come home from work and let them outside. She stands there for a second and then starts bouncing around. It's quite funny and totally melts away the stresses of the day. Other than that, she's really a mellow girl who still does not know what a toy is for. Sometimes I wonder if she knows how to be a dog, ha ha. I adore her and consider every day she spends with us to be a blessing of the highest order. Sandy Sheepie - sorry, the pillow came with the photographer and I haven't seen one anywhere else. I'll keep an eye out though. Holly - Karen & I met at the DKC show last weekend, where we had the pleasure of meeting Desdemonda (sp?) live and in person, so to speak. We both agreed that we should all get together this spring for a play date. My mom just moved from Shelby Twp. A girl at work says there's a sheepie at the Wixom dog park, too. Chris - see, I told ya! I can't wait for the picnic! Belle & Drezzie will be best buds I think. We'll have to take lots of pictures for Josh & Pooh to see what they're missing. Jil |
Floofdog!
Thanks for sharing Belle with all of us. She is beautiful and I really love the Birthday finery! The last photo would be perfect framed and on your desk at work... Lots of love to you and your fluffy family Tyler, Kiera and Daisy! |

Hi,
I have so many questions and comments. I had forgotten it was you whom had that wonderful kitchen floor I just love. The picture of Belle with the Fall background is magazine quality...just beautiful and her expression is one of pure joy. Kayli , who is also adorable and Belle look great in the photo together. I must ask where do you get those dunno what you call them but those things around her neck. I want one!!! They are gorgeous!! Okay I know I have three male dogs but that would be perfect for a stage show I'm doing in May with possibly Merlin if he's ready. They are beautiful pics and thanks for sharing. Lastly now we can place a face to your name and you and Belle look so happy in that pic. You've done a lot for Belle and although her heath is somewhat precarious there is no doubt you've showered her with love and made her life the best! Cheers to you!! Marianne and the boys |
Ha, in that picture of me & Belle I was laughing so hard I had to grab on to her to stay upright. She kept kissing me and it tickled and then my friend's dog was doing the same and I just kept laughing. It was a wonder we even got a picture at all!
I got Belle's party finery at the dog show, but I've seen them at pet stores, although not quite as nice. I did get one for Kayli that is brown/gold & teal and they had some that were beautiful fall colors - very manly. I asked if they had a website, but not yet. That kitchen floor was my wallpaper, Marianne. Peel n Stick tiles really do stick . . . my hands were clenched for a week after I pulled all the old ones up. Jil |
Jil, I love to see pictures of the floof sisters. They look so happy.
