Addictive? No way! I only visit here about 15-20 times a day . But seriously, welcome to the forum. The folks here are really helpful. I have been a member for over a year and I am still learning. |

Thanks Elissa! This is such a great site! |
Just a few words to say good afternoon and Welcome.
Nice to see other sheepie lovers from Ontario (I'm in Ottawa). Hope to see some pictures and share a few stories. Its not enough that I spend hours with my angels but now I'm spending hours on this website (really nice addiction) and having fun to boot. People are so nice and the comments are quite informative and entertaining. Uncle Pete |
Hi,
I'm Marianne from B.C and mom to two uprights and 7 four legged furballs of which two are Sheepies. Your girl is just beautiful! Welcome and feel free to jump right in! Marianne |
Thanks MArianne, What are your 5 other 4 legged kids? |
Hi Again,
Besides Merlin and Panda the sheepies, I also have Blue, who is a BlueHeeler/Lab and four cats, Daisy, Paris, Lil Girl and Mama Kat. Fostering for the Humane Society in the past, I wasn't good at it as I ended up keeping the ones they considered "unadoptable". My front door mat has a picture of cats on it that says "There's always room for one more". Only Merlin was purchased as a pup from a reputatble breeder, all the others are rescues. Although I live in the heart of the suburbs, I once heard the new neighbors little boy, ask one day " Does she have a farm next door?" At the time I also had rabbits in an large out door pen and had bales of hay stacked up. I'm busy and have a lot of mouths to feed but each one is so unique and special that I feel very fortunate I'm living what I dreamt as a child. Nice to meet you! Marianne and the boys |
Hi Isaura's Mom!!!
Welcome to the forum!! What a neat name for your girl!! I am Mom to 2 uprights, Joey (4) and Ashlan (7). Then to my sheepies....Jack, almost 2, Annabelle, 20 months old. Then our raggies, O'Malley, Toulouse, Berlioz, Marie, Blazer, Kiara, and Sarabi. (Sarabi comes home from Dallas this weekend) Then we have to White's Tree Frogs, Fribbit and Frogger. I can identify with what Marianne said about living what I dreamt as I child. I knew I wanted kids and lots of animals. It wasn't hard to convince my husband that it was his dream too. LOL I love your avatar, Izzie is a beauty!! Glad to have you here, and can't wait to see pics!! Stormi and co. |
Welcome...From Nab, Jas & Della |
