A Dream Home for an OES Rescue
I can offer a Rescue dog a home which she/he can live happily for the rest of their life or am also willing to purchase a puppy. The only requirement I have is that the dog get along with my male BlueHeeler/Lab and likes cats. I am open to either Male or Female, puppy or older dog. I am a foster parent with the SPCA in my area, and in the past "Shaggy" and I were under contract with the Humane Education Society to educate the public on the proper care of pets. I now teach disabled children (5 hrs per day- blocks from my house) and sometimes would bring my dog to work with me or bring children home for visits. I am willing to discontinue this is the dog was not good with small children. Wheee!! I'm now home on vacation until I return to work Sept 2nd. Lots of time to get aquainted with a new family member. I own my own home, fully fenced (just under 1/4 acre), lots of mature trees,all my pets are neutered or spayed,vaccinated, and visit the vet regulary. Most importantly given lots of love. My two boys are aged 20 and 16. Doggie Heaven! I live in Surrey, British Columbia (aprox 20 mins from the Washington/Bellingham Boarder) Seattle is 4 hrs away..I am willing to make the drive if a rescue is available. | As it happens, my wife Joan and I just drove through BC. It really is "Beautiful British Columbia", and we did see quite a bit of it, from Vancouver through Dawson Creek and up to YT.

Thank You for your reply and I did recieve the mail you sent. I appreciated it very much. You've seen B.C? How ironic as last year I travelled to your state! It's very beautiful there as well. I will keep my fingers crossed as to be able to be matched with a rescue, as at this time there are no dogs available with the rescue agencies up here. Marianne |
