So there we are, the only ones in the park. Oliver gets to sniffing the ground, and as usual I bend down to see what he's getting into. Much to my suprise, my boy was sniffing $30! So, literally it pays to walk your dogs! ps-Oliver got to pay for us all to go out for icecream that afternoon! |

Awesome!!! Is your dog available to teach our dogs how to do that? I can't stand a dogs that pee every 2 minutes (yuki!!!). ...guess I should be more patient. |
Jennie, what a find! You are lucky he didn't mark it or eat it. Mopsy used to eat paper and that included money. |
Clyde, Bear and I found a big wad of singles once on a walk. It was $17. Such a weird amount to be all dollar bills. It had to have been a waitress or a lousy stripper that dropped it. Nonetheless, whenever we pass by the spot where we found it, I always get them all excited and tell them to find some money again. |
Quote: a lousy stripper that dropped it We have yet to find any cash on our walks, such a sweet thought about buying the ice cream |
On the few occasions when I have found money, I always feel sad for whoever lost it, and I wonder how important it was to them. I need professional help... |

I worry aboutthat too. I found a 20 in the grocerystore parking lot and took it to the customer service desk They looked at me like I was nuts but $20 is $20. It may have been all the person had left for the week. yeah I need help too............. |

My thought was a waitress or a newspaper carrier or a child. I'm with Ron and jcc9797. I also return extra money given to me as change at a cash register. Sick, huh? Maybe I can find a 12 step program. |
A week or so ago, I handed the toll-taker back the extra dollar he gave to me in change. I don't usually go through the toll booth, I have one of those speed tags, but I was driving my dad's car. |
I have a very what-goes-around-comes-around attitude. I've carelessly lost a lot of money in my life and I figure finding it is its way of coming back to me. |
