It could be a bacterial infection, these produce pus and mucus. You may need an antibiotic eye ointment. I would call your vet first. Hope Pooh is better soon  |
| Yes, unfortunately, if it is green or yellow it is likely an infection. The vet should listen to Pooh's breathing too, just to make sure it isn't a respiratory infection that can cause eye and nose oozing as well. Please let us know how he is |
| OK, so we've got eye drops. 3X a day....this was a cheap trip....only I went, no dog! |
| Was it bacterial? The oozy stuff coming out the eyes is pretty gross. |
